Michele N. Adolphe, CEO of Noel Business Group LLC, A veteran in community organizing, and spent over 28 years in small business development, corporate training. educational leadership for parents and children in Kings County. Adolphe is the founder and president of Brooklyn Institute for Children (BIC) where she has worked for over 18 years. With her leadership, BIC was developed into one of the foremost early childhood facilities in Brooklyn NY. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and International Trade from Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT, SUNY) and a Master of Science at Long Island University. Adolphe is also a (CBTE) certified entrepreneurship teacher with NFTE at Yale University School of Management.
She started her career as a NYC high school teacher and later served as Executive Director of The Performing Arts Teen Center, Inc, and Sharing Hearts Network Inc. nonprofit organizations helping parents and children in the Caribbean islands. In that capacity, Adolphe was responsible for designing and implementing numerous after school programs that combined the academic needs of youth and their artistic talents. A product of Brooklyn, she is a multilingual communicator, fluent in French and Creole. Michele’s honesty and integrity are the foundation of her success in developing and maintaining positive relationships.

With over 30 years of experience in IT, his knowledge in system installations and repairs, computer hardware and software keep the business operations up to speed. He specializes in Novell Network Configuration and Windows Servers. His knowledge in installing and configuring server enterprise from the ground up enables him to evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms including Web application framework that promote services to companies, organizations and private clients.
